Pathways is a palliative care, consultative service that helps patients who are facing a serious illness. This program is designed to help patients manage illness and improve their quality of life. The Pathways Palliative program provides support to those who are seeking curative treatment and can assist in identifying and setting up other programs that can be beneficial to the patient.
